Rou Gui Yan Cha(肉桂岩茶) is a type of Wuyi Yan Cha(Rock Tea) belonging to the Oolong Tea category.

It is native to the Wuyi Mountain area in Fujian Province, China. Its best feature is its high sharp aroma and unique cinnamon aroma. The shape of Cinnamon Rock Tea is tight and slender, and the color is dark and moist, just like oolong probing water, which is very pleasing to the eyes.

Aroma and Tea Soup Color

The aroma of Rou Gui Yan Cha(Rock Tea) is very unique, with cinnamon, flowers, and fruits, sometimes with creamy aroma, long-lasting and remarkable. The tea broth is clear, and the color varies according to the processing method. The broth color of cinnamon tea with lower firepower is reddish gold or orange-yellow, while the broth color of those with higher firepower is reddish-orange, carmine, or amber.

Rou Gui Yan Cha(Rock Tea) is suitable for people who like highly aromatic teas, especially those who have a special preference for natural flavors. Its rich aroma and mellow flavor make it a great winter drinker!

The flavor and aroma of our daffodils are perfectly combined. We recommend using a Gaiwan or Yixing Zisha Teapot as a brewing tool.
