Participants who shifted from “non-tea drinkers” to “frequent tea drinkers” showed the most prominent anti-aging benefits.
Further analysis found that drinking about three cups of tea per day — equivalent to 6–8 grams of tea leaves — achieved the maximum slowdown in biological aging.
